How to Create and Use Quick Responses

Overview

Quick responses are a place to save common messages as templates and access them anywhere. This is a popular way to answer frequently asked questions.

When a customer says, "I want to place an order," you can insert a quick response with order instructions. If you need to schedule follow up messages, create a quick response template. The options are endless.



Create a Quick Response

  • Click the black arrow at the top right of the screen to show a drop down menu
  • Click Settings
  • Under Messaging, select Quick Responses
  • Click the blue button at the top left of the screen
  • Name the quick response
  • Type the message
  • Click Create Quick Response
  •  A quick response can only be created on a desktop or tablet
  • Use the stars to mark a quick response as a favorite and they will show up first on the list

 


Insert a Quick Response in a Message

  • Open a conversation
  • Select the list (Quick Response) icon at the bottom of the message
  • Choose the quick response you want to use

Inserting a quick response will replace all text in the message box. Be sure to insert your template first.

 


Edit or Delete a Quick Response

  • Click the black arrow at the top right of the screen to show a drop down menu
  • Click Settings
  • Under Messaging, select Quick Responses
  • Select ••• to edit or delete

A quick response can only be edited or deleted on a desktop or tablet.
