How to Change Text Alert Default Settings for Shipments

Each time a shipping label is purchased your customer may receive a series of text messages – tracking number, in-transit, out for delivery, and delivered. To customize which messages automatically get sent:

  • Click the black arrow at the top right of the screen to show a drop down menu
  • Click Settings
  • Under Shipping, select Settings 

  • Uncheck which messages you don't want to send automatically

  • Save Changes
