How to Change Text Alert Default Settings for Orders
Each time an order is created, your customer may receive a series of text messages – a message and link to an invoice, or a receipt. To manage which messages automatically send:
- Click the black arrow at the top right of the screen to show a drop down menu
- Click Settings
- Under Invoicing, select Orders
Uncheck which messages you don’t want to send automatically
Click Save Changes
- Here, you also change what the automatic messages say.
- Set a delivery window so that your invoice alerts send only within certain hours of the day.
