How to Create a Shipping Label without an Order

  • Click on Shipping from the left navigation
  • Click the blue button at the top left of the screen

 

  • Select Orders or Contacts and choose who you want to ship to

  • Click Save & Continue

  • Select From and To addresses 

If the USPS doesn’t recognize the shipping address, it will provide a recommended, verified address alternative. If you don’t get a recommended address, and you’re certain the address is correct, use the unconfirmed address.  

 

  • Click Save & Continue

  • Select your shipping label preferences – postage type, ship date, insurance, and signature required

  • Click Purchase Label  

  • If you don’t have enough postage, you will be prompted to add postage to your account.
  • If you add insurance, the shipping rates will automatically update to include that cost. For more on shipping insurance rates, go here.

 

  • Review shipping label details

  • Select Print Label

Here you can Visit Tracking Page or Manage additional shipping options.
