How to Modify Text Alert Messages for Orders

Each time an order is created, your customer may receive a series of text messages – a message and link to an invoice, or a receipt. To customize these messages: 

  • Click the black arrow at the top right of the screen to show a drop down menu
  • Click Settings
  • Under Invoicing, select Orders
  • Modify messages as needed

  • Click Save Changes
