How to Create Scheduled Messages

Overview

Save time and stay on top of customer or team communication by scheduling messages in advance. For example, you can schedule a message when a customer places an order, following up weeks later to prompt a reorder. You can schedule motivational messages or reminders to go out to your team daily, weekly, or monthly. This is a great way to ensure you offer great customer service and team leadership.
